About This Park

The High Ground Mountain Bike Preserve is the City of Neosho's mountain bike area inside Morse Park two blocks from downtown. Opened in October 2020, the preserve combines more than five miles of singletrack with the Learner's Permit skills loop, a bicycle playground, pump track, and trails such as Roughrider Loop and Homestead Trail on wooded city land. Trailheads sit near the baseball fields and along Wood Street. Riding is free during park hours; Midwest Off-Road Cyclists helps maintain the network.
