About This Park
Palmer Urban Mountain Bike Park, known as PUMP, is a 35-acre mountain bike facility in the southern woods of Janesville's Palmer Park, built by the Janesville Velo Club, Traction Trailworx, and the City of Janesville. Two roughly 1.25-mile flow loops (East and West) climb gently through the forest and connect to intermediate and expert jump lines descending from a gravity hub with tabletops and rock features. A dirt pump track and paved parking lot opened in 2024 at 2501 Palmer Drive, with a skills area still fundraising. Trails are free but should not be ridden when wet; GM vehicle names mark each line.
