About This Park

Bruce H. Scott Skate Plaza is Kansas City Parks' Pleasant Valley Skate Park flow section at 6401 Northeast Pleasant Valley Road in the Northland athletic complex. The 1992-era plaza integrates ledges, stairs, and rails into a large bowl with hips and a spine on pavement the parks master plan rates in good condition. Kansas City rules limit use to skateboards and inline skates, require protective equipment, and prohibit skating when wet. The site is one of only a few skate parks in the KCMO system.
