Highland Outdoor Skate Plaza is Bellevue's 13,000-square-foot street-style skatepark at Highland Park on Northeast Bel-Red Road. The lighted concrete plaza replicates urban obstacles with ledges, banks, stairs, hubbas, rails, benches, gaps, and a 40-foot slappy curb rather than deep bowls. Riding is free from dawn to 11 p.m. daily inside the Highland Park sports complex.
