About This Park

Goodman Skatepark at McPike Park is Madison's first public concrete skatepark at 202 South Ingersoll Street, opened in September 2015 and named for donors Irwin A. and Robert D. Goodman. The free city park beside the East Isthmus rail corridor gives Dane County skateboard, BMX, and scooter riders transition and street lines daily from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. with lighting from dusk until 10 p.m. April 15 through October 15.
