About This Park

Donald Red Geary Skatepark — also known as Ferndale Skatepark — is an 18,000-square-foot concrete park at 2024 Pinecrest Drive inside Geary Park in Ferndale, built by Evergreen Skateparks and opened in September 2019 with Tony Hawk Foundation grant support. The layout wraps an open bowl with street obstacles including hubbas, rails, and a London gap for skateboards, BMX bikes, inline skates, and scooters. Ferndale operates the free park 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. during the open season.
