Luuwit View Skate Spot is Portland Parks & Recreation's concrete skate area inside 16-acre Luuwit View Park at Northeast 127th Avenue and Fremont Street in Argay. Grindline Skateparks designed and Evergreen Skateparks built the 3,000-square-foot spot that opened in October 2017 with four- and six-foot bowl sections, transition walls, and metal-capped ledges. The skate spot shares the park with playgrounds, soccer, basketball, accessible restrooms, and Mount St. Helens views.
